AGREEMENT TO TERMS
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this website (“Site”) operated by Uprising Now, LLC, doing business as Visionary Ops Management (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

NO PROFESSIONAL OR FINANCIAL GUARANTEES

• Our Services do not constitute legal, financial, tax, or medical advice
You are solely responsible for decisions, implementation, and results related to your business.
USER REPRESENTATIONS
By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:

• Any information you provide is accurate and complete
• You will not use the Site for unlawful or unauthorized purposes
PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
You agree not to:

Unless otherwise stated in writing, all payments are non-refundable once Services have begun. Late payments may result in paused or terminated Services.

We are not responsible for third-party outages, errors, pricing changes, or your compliance with third-party terms.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
